What is the age limit in the cat room?

No children ages 6 and under. Kids ages 7 to 13 must have an adult present with them at all times. For ages 14 -17 an adult signature is required. For more information, visit our Rules & Policies page.

Do you have to pay to enter the cat lounge?

Yes, there is a $15 per person fee to enter and enjoy the cat lounge for 50 minutes.

Making a reservation is highly recommended! It guarantees time with the cats and its the same price in person! We will accept walk-ins if we have space in the cat room.

Is the café environment clean, considering cats are around?

Yes, cleanliness is a cornerstone of our operation. It is important to note our kitchen and café area is completely separate from the cat lounge and never comes into contact with our animal friends. In the cat lounge- the goal is for our customers to never know litterboxes are around! They will be kept in a separate room that is employees (and cats) only.

While one of our main  goals is to help cats find their forever homes, Snick's is also a place for people to relax, enjoy a cup of coffee, and spend time with cats. You don't have to be in the market to adopt to enjoy our coffeeshop, boutique, or cat lounge!

To protect the well-being and comfort of our cats, we have guidelines in place for interacting with them. While visitors are encouraged to pet and play with the cats, we ask that they do not pick up the cats unless a cat initiates or clearly enjoys the interaction.

What if I'm allergic to cats but still want to support the café?

When you enter the cafe you will be able to enjoy viewing the cats and cat lounge through large windows. Because there is a separation between the cat lounge and the coffeeshop people with allergies should have no problems hanging out, drinking coffee, and shopping in the boutique!
